Delivery

Because many of our pieces are one-off, vintage and often large or fragile, we offer two delivery approaches: tracked carriage for smaller items, and a careful two-person courier service for furniture. Wherever you are, we'll always confirm the exact cost with you before dispatch.
Studio collection — free
You are welcome to collect any piece, free of charge, from our studio at 18 Lucius Street, Torquay TQ2 5UW. Collections are by appointment — we'll arrange a convenient time once your order is placed.
Smaller items & homeware
Jewellery, accessories, lampshades and smaller homeware are sent by tracked, fully insured carriage. Fragile pieces are hand-packed with care.

We aim to dispatch small items within 3–5 working days. Once posted, UK tracked delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
Furniture & large pieces
Furniture is delivered by a specialist two-person courier so your piece arrives safely. As costs depend on size, weight and distance, we charge a fair, transparent zoned rate and confirm the final figure with you before dispatch.

Very large, heavy or especially delicate pieces may be quoted individually. Furniture delivery is usually arranged within 1–3 weeks, on a day agreed with you. For larger items we offer room-of-choice placement where access allows.
International delivery
We're happy to arrange international shipping for smaller items and selected furniture on request — please contact us for a quote. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Risk & care
All shipments are insured in transit. Please inspect your item on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything has been damaged in transit, keeping the packaging so we can resolve it with the courier.
